I had one ridge tile missing from my roof in Ayr a great big hole. No joy from the roofers in Ayr. Two said they would possibly need a cherry picker or scaffolding. Along came Mr Milligan. Hardly any time at all and fixed a couple of loose tiles at the same time. You will not be disappointed with Mr Milligan. Now he is away to research a new surface for my 30 foot balcony. What a job! The team replaced the roof slates on my 200+ year old house, and to say it was needing it is an understatement. I trusted Milligan's with this job after seeing their previous work in the town and I was not disappointed. From the very start the communication was excellent, they turned up when they said and have completed an outstanding job. Milligan's arranged everything including the scaffold and waste removal.
