I trusted Milligan's with this job after seeing their previous work in the town and I was not disappointed. From the very start the communication was excellent, they turned up when they said and have completed an outstanding job. Milligan's arranged everything including the scaffold and waste removal. After a lot of frustration with other companies doing a bad job or not returning calls I’m so happy that I found W.Milligan. Called back when he said he would and appeared on time. I had one ridge tile missing from my roof in Ayr a great big hole. No joy from the roofers in Ayr. Two said they would possibly need a cherry picker or scaffolding. Along came Mr Milligan. Hardly any time at all and fixed a couple of loose tiles at the same time. You will not be disappointed with Mr Milligan. Now he is away to research a new surface for my 30 foot balcony. I am so so happy, such a reasonable price you will be happy too. Another good tradesman to add to my list.

His roofers were puntual, started at eight every morning and worked hard, even working on when there was light rain one morning for about an hour. Very happy with the finished work.
